In November of 2014 we had 9 Japanese students visit Trawalla Primary School from Inagawa, Japan (Ballarat’s Sister City). This is the fourth time we have had students visit us from Inagawa. The students were very excited to practice their Japanese and English and learn about some fun aspects of Japanese culture including origami and Japanese dancing. We shared this exciting visit with the other schools in our Pyrenees Cluster via VC. The Japanese students showed us a video of their town and taught us a very fun Japanese dance. Peta Sensei was also very excited to see her good friend Kishimoto Sensei from when she lived in Inagawa. A great day was had by all!
